A clever ground floor extension was added to a two bedroom single fronted Victorian house. Located on a narrow and long block, clients wanted to add an en suite to the master bedroom, create a third bedroom with a new combined bathroom and European laundry. Transformation was completed with the addition of a light filled open plan kitchen dining and living area to the back opening up to an intimate alfresco and landscaped garden.
