To ensure you get peace of mind, we give you full clarity at the very beginning of your project. You'll know exactly how much you have to pay and how long your home extension project will take. We also carefully pre-plan before your project begins to head off any nasty surprises along the way!
During the consultation process, we undertake an order engagement and then a site measure. Here, we visit your home, engage a plumber, and look at your home’s foundation to identify any issues that might cause a material variation. Before the contract is offered, we sit down with you and decide whether or not we can proceed within budget.
Variation Orders are possible after the project commences if there are aspects of the project that clients want changed. This mechanism is available under our HIA contracts.
