We initially approached an architect for our design, as we thought this would be the best way of realizing our dream house. However, after four months of backwards and forwards over the concept design, we actually got to a point where we looked at the design and realized that it wasn’t what we were really after, not to mention the exorbitant architectural/project management fees which added another 25% to our build cost.
I then did a little research, and came across Supa Group. Joe Caputi came out to visit the house, and pretty much got the design first go. Supa Group far exceed what the architect had come up with, and under our anticipated budget. We pretty much went from design to contracts in a few weeks!
The build was finished well within the contract time-frame. We are extremely happy with the end result, and would certainly recommend Supa Group.
