During your 3D design presentation, you’ll see a virtual walkthrough of your home extension design. This lets you find out how your home will look and feel in a much more tangible way than just looking at floor plans and blueprints. We can also make changes in real time as you watch.
Being able to experience your home extension design in 3D will provide you with a preview of how your home will look and feel, allowing you to visualise your new home as close to reality as possible.
We will work closely with you and make any changes to ensure the concept design meets your expectations and budget. Changes can be made in real time as you watch. Want to see how the living area will look with stacking doors? No problem.
The orientation of your home also plays a vital role when designing your new spaces so we want to make sure your house design makes the most of the natural light and sun’s warmth especially in the main living areas.
Adding furniture in the design will give the floorplan a finished look but, more importantly provide you with perspective and a sense of spatial dimension.
We’ll present a compilation of 3D concepts so that you can see what the completed extension will look like. This step may go through several iterations to ensure the concept meets expectations. You can attend our offices and view 3D images where changes and suggestions can be added before your eyes.
