Yes, you do. Toorak’s local council will require planning permits to explore what kinds of renovations and extensions you can design, and will also require building permits before construction can begin.
Though the paperwork can be a pain, getting permissions is far more cost-effective than the fines that come without them. Besides, you can always leave the permit application process to us.
Yes, as long as we can ensure you have access to essential amenities such as your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
We’ll give you a detailed construction schedule well in advance so that you can make alternative living arrangements if needed.
Yes, we will work with the contractors that you choose. However, they will have to prove that they can meet our insurance and OH&S standards, and they must also commit to meeting our schedule.
If you’d like, we will provide you with the details of our preferred contractors so that you can vet them yourself.
