Our building supervisor Braidon Marshall was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, approachable and accessible when we had a few issues out of hours. We sprung a leak on one rather rainy night, and he came to the rescue after his birthday dinner no less!
Thank you so much for the spectacular job you have done. We are very happy with the outcome and it was an absolute pleasure working with all of you. We appreciate the expertise, honesty and care we received throughout the renovation.
Despite all the stories you hear about how difficult building can be it was a fairly painless process thanks to the professionalism of the Supa Group team and the quality of their people. We even lived in the house throughout the process.
Very happy with our recent renovation with Supa Group. Just like another reviewer, we wasted time and money trying to go through an architect. Supa Group’s design was far superior and more cost-effective.
We were particularly impressed by the job’s completion on time, despite some weather delays.
Thank you for the wonderful extension that Supa Group added to our home. We now have a great indoor/outdoor open plan living space that our family loves spending time together in.
I thoroughly recommend Supa Group as their customer-first policy and workmanship has been of the highest quality.
Yes. To add significant home extensions to your property, you must obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the final step in the process before we can begin the build. In some instances planning permission may be required from council prior to the issuing of the building permit.
By agreement, clients often stay in their homes while we are extending. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to important areas of the home, including the kitchen or bathroom, you may need to find temporary accommodation instead.
If you’ve worked with contractors in the past that you think we should know about, let us know. We’re always willing to collaborate with other professionals in the area. Before getting them started on the build, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance and OH&S credentials, and are willing to meet all deadlines.
Yes, you can add more room to your heritage-listed property in Moonee Ponds with home extensions. However, details of your project have to be submitted to the council with a planning permission granted prior to the building permit being issued. That’s why we aim to work closely with the Moonee Valley council to ensure we have all the necessary documentation to proceed with the build.
