Our building supervisor Braidon Marshall was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, approachable and accessible when we had a few issues out of hours. We sprung a leak on one rather rainy night, and he came to the rescue after his birthday dinner no less!
Thank you so much for the spectacular job you have done. We are very happy with the outcome and it was an absolute pleasure working with all of you. We appreciate the expertise, honesty and care we received throughout the renovation.
Despite all the stories you hear about how difficult building can be it was a fairly painless process thanks to the professionalism of the Supa Group team and the quality of their people. We even lived in the house throughout the process.
Very happy with our recent renovation with Supa Group. Just like another reviewer, we wasted time and money trying to go through an architect. Supa Group’s design was far superior and more cost-effective.
We were particularly impressed by the job’s completion on time, despite some weather delays.
Thank you for the wonderful extension that Supa Group added to our home. We now have a great indoor/outdoor open plan living space that our family loves spending time together in.
I thoroughly recommend Supa Group as their customer-first policy and workmanship has been of the highest quality.
Yes. If you are adding significant extensions to your home, you must obtain a permit issued by the registered building surveyor. This is the last step in the process before construction commences. Additionally, if you add elements to your home, such as flood overlays or strata tiles, council approval may also be required. This is called planning permission.
Normally, our clients can stay in their properties during an extension or home renovation project. However, if we cannot grant you safe access to major areas of your home, such as the bathroom or kitchen, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere. We will do our best to cause the least disruption possible.
If you have worked with fully-insured contractors in the past that you know and trust, let us know. We’re always happy to collaborate with specialists across Melbourne that provide a friendly service. We’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the correct insurance and OH&S credentials, and can meet all build deadlines.
Yes. You can add one or two-storey home extensions to a Bayswater heritage home. However, the process may require extensive planning and permission to go ahead. This is why our team will work closely with the Knox city council to obtain all relevant permits before the build commences.
