If you would like to stay in your home while we complete your home extension project, you are more than welcome to do so. However, we must first ensure certain areas of your house are safely accessible. If the bathroom and kitchen need to be blocked off for a certain period, you may need to find temporary accommodation elsewhere.
Have you worked with contractors in the past that have shown quality workmanship? If so, let us know. We’re always happy to team up with other experts in the industry. Before getting them started on your build, we’ll ensure they meet our safety standards, provide the necessary insurance documentation, and are prepared to meet all project deadlines.
Yes. We can add ground floor or two-storey home extensions to your Lower Plenty heritage property. However, this process may take longer due to the additional planning and permissions required. We will work closely with the Banyule council to ensure all permits are in place before we start the build.
