Yes, we will contract any construction or supply specialists you have chosen for your build. However, they must agree to abide by our:
Whitehorse City Council does allow extensions to be added to heritage-listed homes in Forest Hill. However, extensions must fit seamlessly into the period aesthetic of the building, and must also follow council guidelines to the letter.
Supa Group are highly experienced in adding extensions to heritage homes and can work with Whitehorse to ensure your project is approved.
You may remain at home as long as our work doesn’t restrict your access to your bedroom, bathroom or kitchen.
We will provide you with a detailed construction schedule so that you can plan if and when you’d like to find temporary accommodation and for how long.
