A large ground floor extension at the rear of existing timber dwelling in a lovely tree lined street in Glen Iris.
The extension consisted of a new laundry, powder room, kitchen, meals and family room, as well as the refurbishment of the existing bathroom. The extension blends in with the character of the home, but provides very large, modern open plan living areas at the rear, with bifold doors opening onto a lovely deck.
The works were done onsite with the works to the existing bathroom being completed prior to commencement of works to the proposed rear extension to allow the client uninterrupted use of the bathroom throughout the extension works.
