Location: Canterbury
This extension involved extending the small existing attic area to create a larger upper storey extension with a large living room, three bedrooms, a powder room, and a separate bathroom. The upper storey extension creates "zoned" living with a separate formal area for the client's daughters.
The bedrooms are large with plenty of built in wardrobe space. The bathroom is spacious, incorporating a spa bath, shower, toilet and double vanity with a tiled pattern in the floor providing a feature point to the bathroom.
